I have always found the deepest peace when
creating things with my hands. I enjoy making furniture, jewelry,
mosaics, clothing, sculpture, paintings.....all things fine art. Some
things require more imagination, some more improvisation and some a bit
of frustration but the creating is wonderful! Beginning my career as
an electrical engineering draftsman was the long road to fine arts.
Along that road were formative hands-on lessons and encouraging mentors
that help breathe life into a desire to create. When someone enjoys
something I have made as much as I enjoyed creating it, then I
have attained my goal. Among the organizations I am pleased to be a
member of is the Worthington Area Art League and Ohip Plein Air. |
